Read of the Week: Skulduggery Pleasant

Skulduggery Pleasant by Derek Landy (HarperCollins, 2007).

A skeleton detective? As far as skeletons go, nothing can beat Prachett’s anamorphic Death. An interesting premise, nonetheless, and I am glad to see a girl as the heroine, instead of the usual boy hero.

About A. Faris

A. Faris spent her formative years at libraries and scribbling odd tales that somehow always end up romantic. She writes in between running after her son.
